Diana Mesa, RD/LDN, CDCES 

Diana Mesa operates her virtual private practice, En La Mesa Nutrition, out of Miami, FL. Diana takes a culturally responsive, non-diet approach to help her clients reach their goals. Diana also engages in workshops, cooking demonstrations, and media content.

Jessica is a KADDI alum who opened her own practice specializing in "a plant-forward approach designed to combat inflammation and prevent diseases that often top the list of health concerns."

Cassandra Padula Burke, MFS, RDN, LD, CPT, USAT, RRCA

Coach Cassandra specializes in endurance sports and cancer recovery nutrition. She is also a certified triathalon and running coach, personal trainer, and cancer survivor advocate. She blends evidence based nutrition with personal training to help clients reach their goals.

Katie's mission is to guide individuals with evidence based nutrition, accountability, and commitment to finding the best answers to client needs to help them reach their goals without frustration.

Chrissy Wind graduated from our 2019 Spring class and started her own business called Nourish Well, where she gives practical tools from a non-judgmental place and promotes healing from the inside out through an evidence based, whole-food approach.

She provides senior group programs and community nutrition education for Hawaii and the mainland, with a focus on Title VI and Indigenous aging.
