Take a first hand look at some of our past graduates & the businesses they have started.

Chrissy Wind graduated from our 2019 Spring class and started her own business called Nourish Well, where she gives practical tools from a non-judgmental place and promotes healing from the inside out through an evidence based, whole-food approach.

Created by graduate Jacob Martin, this is a resource hub for future RDs where Dietitians can list their fully-formed resources for sale.


Ninette Warner graduated from our 2020 Summer class and immediately started Kids Nutrition to support parents in feeding their children and overcoming picky eating.

A member of KADDI's first class in 2017, Nicole Hinckley started her own consulting firm in Dallas, Texas.

After graduation in 2018, Gavin Van De Walle started Dakota Dietitians. Within a year, he had grown his business & hires other RDs to staff multiple facilities.

Nicole Scott-Harris graduated KADDI's first part-time class in 2017. She now operates her business as a nutrition coach and wellness expert.

Amanda Steinberg was in the KADDI summer 2018 class. Within six months of graduation she launched her own practice. KADDI graduates rock!

2018 KADDI graduate, Julie Harris, works full-time from home as a content developer and writer. She also volunteers as a program reviewer for ACEND.

Chelsea Macias graduated from the 2019 Summer class with KADDI. She started her own business where she provides nutrition therapy for people with autoimmune disease and eating disorders.

Earnestine Jackson graduated from KADDI’s 2019 Winter class. She started her own business called All Things Nutrition, where she serves her community by providing nutrition resources and education through a variety of services.

Kaitlyn Randall graduated from the KADDI 2018 Summer class and started her own company called The Performance Plate. The Performance Plate (TPP) is a nutritious meal planning and health coach company that provides professional, recreational, or tactical athletes with the tools needed to plan, prepare, and cook a diet that can maximize their performance and health.


Mariana Meza graduated from the KADDI 2021 Winter class and founded Healthfoodness. She has over 20 years of experience in nutrition, food formulation, research, and health education. She services all ages and offers services in Spanish.
Shoshana Sapirman graduated from the KADDI 2022 Summer class and started her own nutrition company with a multi-faceted, revolutionary approach to health and wellness that you might have never seen before.
