Chrissy Wind graduated from our 2019 Spring class and started her own business called Nourish Well, where she gives practical tools from a non-judgmental place and promotes healing from the inside out through an evidence based, whole-food approach.
Heidi Robertson graduated from our 2021 Fall class and runs her own business, Heritage Health. She provides senior group programs and community nutrition education for Hawaii and the mainland, with a focus on Title VI and Indigenous aging. Additionally, she offers individual nutrition consulting to Hawaii residents.

Shoshana Sapirman, a recent graduate of the KADDI 2022 Summer class who has started her own nutrition company. With a multi-faceted and revolutionary approach to health and wellness, Shoshana's company offers a unique perspective that you won't find anywhere else.
A member of KADDI's first class in 2017, Nicole Hinckley started her own consulting firm in Dallas, Texas.

Nicole Scott-Harris graduated KADDI's first part-time class in 2017. With over a decade of experience in public engagement and education, she specializes in educating adolescents to adults on a variety of sustainability-related topics, including those at the intersection of nutrition and the environment, such as Food Justice and Food Literacy.

Earnestine Jackson graduated from KADDI’s 2019 Winter class. She started her own business called All Things Nutrition, where she serves her community by providing nutrition resources and education through a variety of services.
Mariana Meza graduated from the KADDI 2021 Winter class and founded Healthfoodness. She has over 20 years of experience in nutrition, food formulation, research, and health education. She services all ages and offers services in Spanish.
Amy Lawson graduated from our 2021 Summer KADDI class. She worked in clinical nutrition for a year before opening Thrive Nutrition RDN.
Thrive Nutrition RDN focuses on real foods for real results. Services include nutrition counseling, meal planning and cooking classes. ​​
