Sandra Keith, MPH, RD, LD, graduated from Baylor University’s dietetic internship and received her master's in public health from the University of Oklahoma. She is the president of Keith & Associates, Inc. which she founded in 1968 to provide consulting services to facilities across Oklahoma.

Dr. Landers is very experienced and was awarded Professor Emeritus status from the Department of Nutritional Sciences at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. In 17 years at OUHSC, she served as director of the dietetic internship program as well as the didactic and coordinated programs.

Brian dela Cruz, MS, RD, LD, brings years of experience in dietetics education to KADDI serving previously as Dietetic Internship Program Director at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center (OUHSC).  He completed his Didactic Program in Dietetics, Dietetic Internship and Masters of Science at OUHSC. Brian also teaches Introductory Nutrition and Sports & Exercise Nutrition for the University of Oklahoma.

Sara Tillery, MA, RD, LD, brings over 15 years of experience as a lead clinical dietitian at a prominent academic medical center in Tulsa, OK. Sara’s specialized expertise includes neonatal nutrition and child and adolescent weight management, where she has developed tailored strategies to address unique nutritional challenges and promote long-term health outcomes. 

Betsy holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Oklahoma State University and a Master of Science in Nutrition from the University of Central Arkansas. She has completed the KACAD (MSDI) program, and is currently an Oklahoma licensed dietitian. 

In addition to her clinical training, Betsy brings extensive experience in project management, program development, and operational strategy within nutrition and healthcare organizations.
