Academic Program Calendar and Schedule, Holidays and Vacation

KADDI is a 32-week full-time or 63-week part-time program. The internship begins 3 (full-time) or 6 (part-time) weeks prior to orientation. During that time, interns are expected to finish 120 hours of case study activities which they complete and bring to orientation in Tulsa, OK. Attendance at orientation week is mandatory and begins on Monday morning and ends at noon on Thursday. Both full-time and part-time interns attend the same orientation. Interns receive an RD review course for the dietitian’s registration exam to take home for independent study. The four remaining rotations are done at sites of your choosing. They are foodservice, community, clinical and business and entrepreneurship.
